Therefore, we operate a no-quibble 100% satisfaction guarantee - so if you are in any way unhappy about our products or services, we will arrange a replacement or give you your money back.

To protect ourselves from less than honest individuals, we will keep a record of all complaints. We reserve the right to protect our business from fraudsters and chancers!

 

Bonjour Breakfast use fresh, local and seasonal ingredients wherever possible. If you can’t see something on the menu that you would like us to stock, then please let us know.

Your breakfast box is packed on your chosen day, then delivered to your home within half an hour of your chosen time slot.

Ordering can be done online or by telephone.

To avoid disappointment, please place your online order by 4pm on the previous day. We will always endeavour to manage last minute or ad-hoc orders, but priority will be given to those customers who have ordered in advance.

Bonjour Breakfast will never sell, divulge or pass on your personal details to any third party. Your privacy is safe with us.

Terms and Conditions

When receiving an order containing alcohol, the following T&C's are mandatory due to licencing regulations:

  • Strictly over 18’s, may order or receive an order containing alcohol, and alcohol will only be delivered to the person who has placed the order.
  • If ordering alcohol, recipients will be checked for id on delivery. ID is required in all cases, so please have it ready, and please don’t be offended when our drivers ask to see it. We operate a “Challenge 25” policy whereby any person attempting to buy alcohol who appears to be under 25 will be asked for photographic ID to prove their age.
  • The only forms of ID that will be accepted are passports, driving licences with a photograph or Portman Group, Citizen Card or Validate proof of age cards bearing the ‘PASS’ mark hologram.
  • It is illegal to pass alcohol on to minors. If we believe the alcohol will be passed to under 18’s sale will be refused. 
  • Customer must be seen coming from the property to which the delivery is being made. 
  • Minimum order for alcohol is £15 - no exceptions.
  • You must give full address including CORRECT postcode. 
  • We will not deliver alcohol to public places such as parks, or road sides. 
  • You must give a contact telephone number. 
  • Verbal and physical abuse or intimidation of any kind towards our staff will not be tolerated. If you are deemed to be abusive in any way, your details will be passed on to the police and the given address will no longer be eligible for delivery.
  • If you sound intoxicated, sale will be refused. 
  • If you do not meet any of the above conditions sale will be refused.
  • If the above conditions are not met, or ID is not produced when requested, the driver is instructed to drive away. You may still be charged for your order, and Bonjour Breakfast will not be obliged to refund any payment  in such circumstances.


Other Terms and Conditions:

  • Images of all products are as accurate a reflection of the actual product as possible. Due to the hand made nature of our quality produce, individual variances may occur
  • We reserve the right to substitute an ordered item with another item of equivalent or greater value, in the unlikely event  we are unable to supply your original choice.
  • We will always endeavour to deliver within half an hour of your choosen delivery time, but due to traffic, adverse weather, or other conditions beyond our control, this may not always be possible.
  • We reserve the right to refuse you service at any time, without notice or explanation.
  • All costs must be settled before, or at the time of delivery, unless by prior arrangement.
  • Please do not ask for credit, as a refusal often offends.

No card details will be retained. We never pass on details to third parties
